Returns

 

We hope you love your HOUSE OF KALART jewellery as much as we do. However, on a rare occasion you don’t feel right about your purchase and would like to return your piece, we will be more than happy to give you an exchange for the piece for another item of the same value. To exchange your piece, please email contact@houseofkalart.com  with the following details–

- Order number

- Delivery address

- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item 

House of Kalart tries to ensure that the quality of all our jewellery is of the highest standard. We take great pride in personally hand embellishing our designs into beautiful pieces that will not only look good when worn, but also make you feel good at the same time. As with all handmade products, there will be slight variations in all the paintings/enamelling/embellishments. These variations are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the finished product's charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece. When choosing your jewellery, please take note of the measurements given with the description of each piece.

In order to return your jewellery purchase for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition with any boxes or packaging that accompanied it and must be returned not more than 3 days after delivery. If the jewellery arrived with a tag attached directly to the item, that tag must still be attached. Sorry, we cannot allow exceptions. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and an exchange will not be issued. Please allow 10 working days for your returns to be processed.

When returning items to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send your items using trackable methods to ensure safe delivery.  Returns are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges on bespoke items or custom orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalized in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by House of Kalart, but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe a product was shipped in error from House of Kalart, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please email us contact@houseofkalart.com with the following details

- Order number

- Delivery address

- please send us an image of the item 

So we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 3 days of receipt.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you wish to cancel your purchase or part of your purchase after payment has been made, you may do so within 24 hours by contacting House of Kalart via email at contact@houseofkalart.com with the following details

  • Style/piece you would like to cancel

We will then refund the price of the item.
